How to create a MySQL instance using cloudshell in gcp?
In this article I am going to explain how to MySQL instance list in google cloud(gcp) cloudshell command.
Syntax :
gcloud sql instances create [INSTANCE_NAME] \
--database-version=[DATABASE_VERSION] --tier=db-n1-standard-1 \
--region=[REGION] --root-password=[password123]
Where:
--database-version = MYSQL_5_5, MYSQL_5_6, MYSQL_5_7
--region = REGION; default="us-central" More
Example:
gcloud sql instances create prod-instance \
--database-version=MYSQL_5_7 --tier=db-n1-standard-1 \
--region=us-central1 --root-password=[password123]
OUTPUT:
Creating Cloud SQL instance...done.
Created [https://sqladmin.googleapis.com/sql/v1beta4/projects/hipaaprojects/instances/prod-instance].
