How to cloud SQL set users-password using cloudshell in gcp?

In this article I am going to explain how to set cloud sql users-password in google cloud(gcp) cloudshell command.

 

Syntax 

gcloud sql users set-password USERNAME --nstance=INSTANCEi INSTANCE [--async] [--host=HOST] [--password=PASSWORD     | --prompt-for-password]

 

Example

gcloud sql users set-password mysqlusr --instance=instance1 --password=password1234556 --host "ipaaprojects:europe-west2:instance1"

 

 

OUTPUT

Updating Cloud SQL user...done.
