Set Variable Activity in Azure Data Factory in English:
Use the Set Variable activity to set the value of an existing variable of type String, Bool, or Array defined in a Data Factory
In Azure Data Factory, you can set a variable by following these steps:

Open your Azure Data Factory instance and navigate to the "Author & Monitor" section.

In the left-hand navigation menu, select "Author".

Click on the "Variables" tab at the top of the screen.

Click on the "New" button to create a new variable.

Enter a name for your variable and select the variable type (e.g. String, Boolean, Integer, etc.).

Enter a default value for your variable (optional).

Click on the "Create" button to create the variable.

In your Azure Data Factory pipeline, click on the "+" button to add an activity.

Search for "Set Variable" in the activities list and select it.

In the "Set Variable" activity settings, give your variable a name and a value. You can also choose the data type of the variable.

Click on "Publish all" to save your changes and publish the updated pipeline.
Once you have set the variable in the pipeline, you can use it in other activities by referencing it with its name. For example, you can use it in an "If Condition" activity to branch the pipeline based on the value of the variable
